Thunder is third generation from our kennel. His roots go back to our foundation pair—Rex (our first male) and Mallory—through his dam, Sammie Joe. For his sire, we brought in a long-hair German Shepherd to add a bit more coat and substance.

Calm, affectionate, respectful of boundaries. Protective when there’s a reason, but happy to relax when everything’s fine.

He brings together what we value in this breed: a stable, family-friendly companion with sound structure and the clear judgment shepherds are known for. He represents generations we’ve raised and lived with ourselves.
